Founded in March 2000 by a group of seasoned private bankers to exploit the market potentials in Asia, BES began as a specialist in the banking and finance sector, supporting private and investment banking clients in a wide range of system development, including Forex and Securities Trading, Fund Management, Reuters Interface, Customer Relationship Management, Document Management, and Human Resources Management systems. Since then, we have also expanded our focus to cover other areas, including manufacturing and trading, hotel and conferencing, and education.

Starting from November 2005, Best-e solutions Ltd. was taken over by CE Dongli Technology (Hong Kong) Company Limited. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sino-I Technology Ltd. (HK0250). CE Dongli is a prominent Application Service Provider in China & Hong Kong. We have been in this field for many years and our expertise is contributable to different sectors in local market.
